As Occasio’s Founder, Peace brings over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, problem solving, compliance, risk management, and culture assessment from across the broad regulated financial services sector.

With extensive experience from Investment Banks, Insurance, Asset Management and FinTech covering the global regulatory landscape including the SEC, PRA, FCA and CSSF. Peace has earned a professional doctorate in business as a skilled strategic problem solver in providing thought leadership, fresh perspectives and technical expertise as a change maker.

As a problem solver across multiple and varied stakeholder groups, Peace’s scope of expertise in corporate governance spans across banking, asset management, insurance and fintechs. A key area of expertise is evaluating organisational culture where Peace was awarded a Doctor of Business for her Global framework – which recommends that businesses should think global to scale but localise to deliver.

Peace has strong expertise in organisational behaviour, fostering a high performance culture and is a visionary founder who is committed to the highest levels of leadership excellence.
